What sale coordination can include
Carelivon can arrange cleaning and minor approved repairs, coordinate photography or site access, schedule buyer or broker visits, collect copies of requested records and coordinate meetings with your chosen advocate, broker, valuer or other professional.
Carelivon does not hold sale consideration
Property-sale consideration should move directly between the parties through properly documented channels. Carelivon does not receive or hold the sale price on behalf of a client and does not use a client’s bank card, PIN or unrestricted banking access.
Legal work stays with advocates
Carelivon can coordinate document exchange and appointments, but it does not provide legal opinions on title, ownership, tax, contracts, powers of attorney or registration. These matters should be handled by a qualified advocate or other authorised professional.
No guaranteed sale or approval
Carelivon can improve coordination and readiness, but cannot guarantee a buyer, sale price, registration timeline, loan, mutation, permit or government approval.
The role is coordination: keep tasks moving, keep you informed and help the appropriate professionals work together.
