Yes. Depending on the plan, Carelivon can coordinate scheduled inspections, cleaning, basic checks, repair quotations and approved maintenance with third-party vendors.

No. Carelivon provides non-medical assistance and coordination. Medical and nursing procedures must be performed by qualified professionals. Carelivon can coordinate those providers when requested.

Carelivon can coordinate local sale-related tasks such as property readiness, visits and document collection. We do not guarantee a sale and do not hold the sale consideration.

No. We can coordinate with your chosen advocate or help arrange a qualified advocate, but legal advice and legal opinions must come from the advocate.

For normal paid work, the scope and expected cost are shared before execution. You approve the vendor or spend. A written emergency limit can be agreed separately.

No. Carelivon should not use a customer’s bank card, ATM PIN, banking password or unrestricted financial access. Safer payment methods and documented reimbursements should be used.

Ordinary coordination should use clear task instructions and limited authorisation where required. Carelivon should not ask for unrestricted powers of attorney as a standard operating model.
