Vendor and maintenance charges
For repairs and maintenance, Carelivon uses a transparent model: actual vendor cost + Carelivon coordination fee. This avoids hiding Carelivon margins inside contractor invoices.

Property sale services
Carelivon can coordinate property preparation, buyer visits, documentation and professional partners. The buyer should pay the seller directly. Carelivon should never receive the property-sale consideration into its operating account.

Travel structure
The first 15 km from the operating hub is included for standard services. Travel beyond that radius is charged at ₹18/km on the excess distance. Property Signature and Senior Priority customers can receive an included radius of up to 25 km, subject to the service agreement.
Emergency coordination and physical visits
Emergency coordination can be included in eligible subscriptions. Carelivon can contact the family, vendor, hospital, ambulance or residents' association. A physical emergency attendance is charged separately at ₹1,500 during normal hours or ₹2,500 on nights, weekends and public holidays, plus excess travel and third-party costs.
For genuine medical emergencies, customers should contact the appropriate emergency service first. Carelivon acts as the family's local coordination layer, not an ambulance or emergency healthcare provider.
