  • Receive or hold property-sale consideration.
  • Guarantee a property sale, buyer, price or government approval.
  • Use customer bank cards, PINs, online banking passwords or unrestricted financial access.
  • Request or rely on an unrestricted power of attorney for ordinary coordination.
